Ingredients for preparing quick and easy desserts
300 g of biscuits
150 g of peanuts
100 g of sugar
100 ml of water
125 g of butter
200 g of dark chocolate
2 tablespoons of oil
Procedure
Place the baking paper on a 21x15cm baking tray.
Place 300 g of biscuits in a food processor, beat and transfer the dough into a container. Then we add 150 g of peanuts, beat and put everything in the same container as the biscuits and mix.
In a saucepan, add 100 g of sugar, 100 ml of water and 125 g of butter and bring to the boil, stirring well.
When the sugar and butter have melted, remove from the heat and pour the mixture into the container where we have the processed almonds and peanuts and mix well until the ingredients are well integrated together.
Divide the dough into two equal parts and set aside.
Chop 100 g of dark chocolate very finely and place it in a container and place it in a bain-marie, melting the chocolate over the hot water.
Once the chocolate has melted, add part of the chocolate to one of the halves of the dough and mix well until the chocolate is well integrated into the dough.
Place the dough on the baking tray and level the surface well for correct cooking.
In the container where we have the other half of the mixture, we continue to mix a little and then with the help of a spatula we gradually place the mixture on top of the chocolate one and even out the surface well.
Chop another 100 g of dark chocolate and place it in a container, add 2 tablespoons of oil and place it in a bain-marie, melting it in hot water.
Once the chocolate has melted, we pour it onto the mixture we have in the pan, covering the entire surface and mix well.
We put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours. After that time we remove it from the refrigerator, remove the baking paper and that’s it.
