INGREDIENTS:

1 burro slice

1/2 cipolla tritata

1/2 peperone tritato

1 carrot tritata

1/2 cup of salt

3 tritate salsicce

4 uova

50 ml latte (1/5 cup)

1/2 cucchiano di pepe

Prezzemolo tritato

50 g of mozzarella, grattugiata.

1.In a pan, add the butter and onion, fry for a few minutes, then add the carrots, pepper, salt and black pepper.

In a bowl mix the eggs with the milk, salt and pepper, then add the vegetable mixture and the parsley.

Place the chopped sausages in the muffin mold and fill them with the egg mixture, sprinkle with the grated mozzarella.

Bake in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes
