½ cake base, preferably homemade

1 pack of cream powder for buttercream

Milk

Butter

Rum

1 tbsp cocoa powder

Biscuit(s), round, for base

Cake icing, chocolate

Preparation

Let the cake base dry completely and crumble finely. Prepare the buttercream according to the instructions, add 1 tbsp cocoa and refine with rum to taste. Mix in the sponge cake crumbs. Place pointed heaps on the biscuits with the buttercream mixture, then cover the pomegranate chips with chocolate icing.
