Ingredients
For the dough
250 g sugar
500 g flour
3 eggs
220 ml milk
220 ml oil
1 packet of baking powder
For the quark filling:
300 g quark
1 egg
Icing sugar as needed
Also:
Sweet cherries
Preparation

1. First, beat the eggs and sugar until frothy, add milk and oil in portions and finally mix in the flour and baking powder.
2. Now place the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and cover with pitted cherries.
