Ingredients:
250 g low-fat quark
2 eggs (size M)
2 tablespoons sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
250 g flour
1 packet of baking powder
1-2 tablespoons whipped cream
Baking paper
Preparation:
Put the quark, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt in a mixing bowl and mix with the whisk of the hand mixer. Mix the flour and baking powder. Knead in portions first with the whisk and finally with the dough hook of the hand mixer.2.Using 2 tablespoons, place around 9 heaps of dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and press the surface down a little with lightly floured hands. Bake in a preheated oven (electric oven: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 15 minutes. Just before the end of the baking time, spread the quark rolls with cream. Place the rolls on a cake rack, sprinkle with sugar or icing sugar as desired and leave to cool.
