Then, once the water dries, add the allspice, salt, sweet paprika and mix. Shortly after, add the chopped green peppers and continue mixing.
Shortly after, add the tomato sauce, tomato extract, water and stir. Finish with the parsley, chives, mix a little more and set aside.
Pasta
4. In a saucepan with boiling water, add the salt, then the lasagna noodles and cook for 5 minutes.
White sauce
5. Then, in another pan, add the butter and let it melt over medium heat. Then add the wheat flour and mix. Then add the milk little by little and stir until it begins to thicken. Finally, add the nutmeg, salt and mix a little more.
Assembly
6. Next, fill the lasagna noodles with some of the ground beef sauce and roll them up.
7. In a baking dish, put a little of the ground beef sauce and spread it well. Then add the stuffed lasagna rolls. Then pour the white cream on top and spread it over the rolls. 8. Finish with the grated mozzarella and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes or until the cheese melts.
