English pie without scales or 12 spoons. Simple and delicious

For example, the well-known Tyrolean pie is a short, open pie with a berry filling. As a rule, Tyrolean pies are expensive and look good.

There is also Pariante in Italy – it is a shortbread with ricotta, spinach and pine nuts. Adding cheeses to sweet pies is considered a feature of Italy. However, in addition to complex pies, there are also simpler concise options.

I share the cooking recipe:
Break the eggs into a bowl, pour in classic and vanilla sugar, salt, beat with a mixer until fluffy white foam. Pour milk and oil into the eggs, mix.

Combine flour with baking powder, sift into the egg mixture. Knead a slightly thick dough without lumps.

Pour the dough into a baking dish, bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.

After cooking, remove the cake from the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar. The result is a soft and tender sponge cake.

Sugar – 12 tablespoons;
Vanilla sugar – 1 teaspoon;
