How to prepare classic ham and cheese crêpes, a super easy, delicious and practical recipe!

ingredients
100 gr. of self-raising flour
1 tablespoon. of Manteca
2 eggs
250ml. milk
A pinch of salt
Feta Cooked Ham w/n}
Machine made feta cheese c/n
Oil c/n

Preparation

1- To start we put the flour in a container.

2- Add the butter and the 2 eggs and mix well.

3- Little by little we add the milk until it forms a semi-liquid paste.

4- While we continue mixing, add the pinch of salt.

5- To cook them we need a pan. I recommend that it is non-stick so it doesn’t stick and cooking is easier.

6- Put a few drops of oil in the pan and spread it everywhere using kitchen paper.

7- Leave to heat over medium heat for a few minutes.

8- When it is hot, pour a ladle of the preparation. We move the pan so that the dough goes everywhere and has a more uniform cooking.

9- As soon as we see that it is taking on a golden color and a couple of bubbles on the surface, we turn it.

10- We wait for the other side to finish cooking, giving it the color we want (we can choose between pale or more golden).

11- As soon as we remove the crêpe from the pan, add a couple of slices of cooked ham and another of cheese. We quickly close the lower part upwards, leaving a little margin, then we close the ends of the sides towards the center, giving it the typical crepe shape.

12- We repeat this process until we finish with all the dough and filling.

And that’s it, now we can enjoy some delicious homemade crêpes!
