I share the cooking recipe:
Let’s prepare the cheese dough for the pie. Mix 125 g of cheese, 5 tbsp. l of milk, 5 tbsp of oil, add 65 g of sugar, a pinch of salt and mash everything with a fork.
Mix 200 g of flour and 2 teaspoons of baking powder.
Add the dry ingredients to the curd mass and knead the dough.
The dough is soft and pleasant to work with. Put the dough aside for now.
We are preparing the sour cream filling. Mix 300 g of sour cream, 2 eggs, 65 g of sugar and 2 tsp of starch, mix with a fork.
Now we return to the dough and make it the basis for a pie with sides. I have a 27×19 baking dish.
We pour the sour cream filling on the base and put 250-300 g of cherries on top (they were previously thawed and washed). Cover the form with foil so that the cake does not darken too much. We put it to bake in an oven heated to 180 C for 40-50 minutes, and after 30 minutes we open the foil so that the cake will still brown.
Cool the finished cherry pie a little and you can cut it.
The pie turns out to be very tasty, tender, juicy. Lovers of pastries with cherries will like it. Bon appetit!
