What wine to use for white sangria?
The type of wine to use to prepare white sangria varies according to your tastes: if you opt for a dry white, buy a fresh and light one, so that it does not cover the flavor of the other ingredients, but at the same time structured enough to give character to the drink. If, however, you prefer bubbles, in addition to prosecco you can opt for sparkling wine or champagne.

Advice
For this recipe you can use your favorite fruit, which should always be ripe and in season: excellent, for example, strawberries, apricots, grapefruit and watermelon, but also exotic fruits such as papaya and mango.

Instead of white vodka you can use melon vodka, or you can replace it with white rum, brandy or other liqueur of your liking. If you prefer you can also omit the citrus juice, or you can opt for soda or soda.

Perfect to sip during the summer, white sangria can also be prepared in winter with apples, pears, kiwis and pineapple.
