Pudding croissants that everyone loves in 10 minutes in the oven

½ cube of yeast
4 tablespoons sugar
1 egg yolk
100 ml oil
750 g flour
350 ml milk, lukewarm
1 packet of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
For the filling
350 ml milk
5 tablespoons sugar
1 packet of pudding powder
Icing sugar, for dusting
Preparation
Filling:

  1. First make a pudding from milk, sugar and pudding powder and cover with cling film so that no skin forms on top.
    Dough: Now dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk and mix with 4 tablespoons of sugar. Then mix the egg yolk with the oil and add to the milk mixture.
    Then put the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl and add the lukewarm milk-oil mixture and knead into a dough.
  2. Immediately form the dough into a roll on the work surface and cut into even pieces. Roll each piece lengthwise with a rolling pin and make 7 vertical cuts at the top.
    Put some pudding on the bottom part and roll it up.
  3. Now place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and brush with beaten egg and bake at 170° for 15 to 20 minutes. After cooling, dust with icing sugar. Done! Enjoy your meal
