✅Ingredients for the dough:
Eggs – 2 pcs;
Sugar -1.5 cups;
Baking powder – 1 pack (I had 10 grams in a pack);
Soda – 1.5 tsp (quicklime);
Cocoa – 4-6 tbsp (to taste);
Flour – 3 cups;
Milk – 1 glass;
Boiling water – 1 glass;
Vegetable oil – 1/2 cup (but I added a little less, but the recipe said the more cocoa, the more oil);
⠀
✅For the cream you will need:
150 g melted butter (I used 82.5%)
1 can of boiled condensed milk (after boiling, cook over medium heat for 1-1.5 hours)
2 packs of cream cheese (PHILADELPHIA type) or 350-400 g
1 tbsp. l. with a slide of cocoa
⠀
✅Preparation:
- Beat eggs with sugar. Mix dry ingredients. Add the dry mixture a little at a time to the egg-sugar mixture. Then milk, melt the butter, and at the very end a glass of boiling water. Mix everything, beat lightly with a mixer. Pour the dough into a greased mold, put it in the oven, bake at 180 degrees until ready. Check the time on your oven.
- I baked for 35-40 minutes. The cake rises a lot.
- Cool and cut into 3 parts.⠀
- Next, prepare the cream. There is no special technology for whipping cream. All ingredients must be mixed until smooth. Do not overdo it. Spend a maximum of 5 minutes. The cream can be used for other cakes. A very tasty combination of ingredients and, by the way, well suited for custard (eclairs, profiteroles and cupcakes). You don’t need to add cocoa for one layer.
- Grease with cream and assemble the cake.
