Ingredients
My dears, if you like the recipe please leave a comment!
3/4 l milk
Cinnamon, sugar
5 apples
2 packs of vanilla pudding powder
2 packs of puff pastry
2 eggs
Here’s how it’s done:
- First, peel the apples and grate them into small strips. In principle, you can cut the apples down to your own taste or preference.
- Cook a pudding from 2 packs of vanilla pudding powder.
So put about 600ml of milk in a pan and stir the powder with the remaining 150ml until smooth. Add 3 tablespoons of icing sugar to the milk. When the milk is boiling, remove from the heat and stir in the smooth powder with a whisk. - Next, roll out a sheet of puff pastry and place it in a suitable baking tin. Then season the apples with cinnamon and sugar and spread them evenly on the puff pastry base. Then spread the vanilla pudding over it.
- Finally, place the second sheet of puff pastry on top. Press the edges firmly. Use a fork to poke holes a few centimeters apart. Finally, whisk the eggs and spread them well on the “lid” with a brush.
- Now just bake the slices in the top/bottom oven at 190° for about 30 minutes until golden brown. It’s done.
They taste excellent! Enjoy!
