Homemade croissants are the easiest recipe

✅Products:
Butter — 1 pack (200 g)
Flour — 3 cups
Eggs — 2 pcs
Sugar — 1/2 cup
Dry yeast — 10 g
Jam or boiled condensed milk

✅Preparation:
Sift the flour into a bowl to saturate it with air. This will make the croissants a little fluffier.
Pour the dry yeast into the flour and mix. Next, grate the butter directly into the bowl with flour on a coarse grater.
Now rub the flour and butter with your fingers until fine crumbs form.
Whisk the eggs with sugar until fluffy and pour the egg mixture into the butter-flour mixture, knead the dough.
Leave the finished dough to rest for about 10-15 minutes. Then roll out part of the dough into a circle, grease with jam or boiled condensed milk. Leave the edges dry.
Next, cut the dough into sectors (strips) thick or thin (as you wish), roll the croissants and place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Send our croissants to bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished croissants with powdered sugar and serve with tea or coffee.
