320 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
200 g butter
150 g icing sugar
1 pack vanilla sugar
1 egg
4 drops lemon flavor
1 tbsp icing sugar (for sprinkling)
Instructions
Simply mix all the ingredients such as flour, baking powder, butter, icing sugar, vanilla sugar, egg and lemon flavor on a work surface and quickly knead with your hands to form a firm dough.
Then roll out the dough thinly (approx. 2-4 mm) with a rolling pin and cut out or cut out any shape you like.
Now place the biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven at 200°C, top and bottom heat, for around 10 minutes until golden brown.
Then sprinkle the baked biscuits with icing sugar as desired. Enjoy your meal
