Ingredients
1 cream cheese
1 condensed milk
1 package of Maria cookies
1 stick of unsalted butter.
1 tablespoon of vanilla or the juice of a lemon
3 eggs
Procedure
Blend the package of cookies and mix with the butter until it forms a dough that we will place in the pan as shown in the image.
Mix the 3 eggs, the condensed milk, the cheese and the vanilla in a blender.
And then pour it over the cookie base.
Place a griddle under the pan and let it cook for 30 to 40 minutes on very low heat.
