🥣 INGREDIENTS for a 24 cm cake:
2 eggs
150 g sugar + 2 tablespoons
120 ml milk
50 ml seed oil
250 g flour
16 g baking powder lemon zest
5 nectarines (about 700-800 g) 1 pinch of salt

PROCEDURE:
Combine the eggs with the sugar, the lemon zest and blend until you have a frothy mixture.
Then add the milk, the seed oil and the sifted flour.
Mix with the whisk to have a dense mixture.
Add the sifted yeast.
Dice some of the peaches and add them to the mixture and mix
Pour the mixture into the cake pan and add the peach slices on the surface, sprinkle with spoonfuls of sugar.
Bake for 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees
