Cake Three glasses, without a mixer and scales. Juicy, even without impregnation

✅ Cakes:
egg 2 pcs.
kefir 1 glass
sugar 1 glass
flour 1 glass
cocoa powder 2 tbsp.
baking soda 0.5 tsp.
vegetable oil 40 ml
pinch of salt

✅Cream:
boiled condensed milk 300 g
sour cream 300 g

✅Preparation:
A glass with a volume of 160 ml is used. Remove kefir and eggs from the refrigerator in advance, they should warm up to room temperature.
Break eggs into a bowl, add salt and sugar.
Shake until foamy and grains dissolve. Pour in kefir.
And vegetable oil.
Stir. Sift cocoa, flour and baking soda.
Mix with a whisk. Do not use a mixer, try to simply make the dough homogeneous with a minimum of movements. The consistency will seem runny, but this is how it should be.
Pour into a greased form, here the diameter is 18 cm. The dough will distribute itself.
Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 30 minutes. Pierce with a skewer, if it comes out dry, the cake is well baked. Cool, remove from the mold.
Cut off the uneven “cap” and crush it with your hands, the crumbs will be needed for decoration. Divide the cake itself horizontally into 3 equal parts.
For the cream, combine boiled condensed milk and sour cream.
Beat with a mixer until smooth.
Assemble the cake in a culinary ring, spreading the layers.
Condensed milk will be on top. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Remove the ring, decorate the sides with the remaining crumbs. The 3-cup cake is ready. It is incredibly soft and tender, with a rich chocolate flavor and a slight sourness in the cream.
Enjoy your tea!
