Dough:

Dough:
To Place the butter in a bowl and addDough:
Put the butter in a bowl, add flour, sugar, eggs, baking soda, milk and honey and knead a smooth dough.
Divide into approximately 3 equal parts.
Spread one part of the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (25×35). The dough will be a thin layer.
Put in a preheated oven to 180 degrees. Bake top to bottom without fan for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
Bake the other two parts of the dough in the same way.
Cream:
Pour the milk into a pot, add the semolina and sugar. Bring the whole thing to a boil, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming. When the mixture thickens, remove from the heat, cover with cling film and set aside to cool completely.
Mix the butter until fluffy and add the semolina mixture one spoon at a time. Add one spoon at a time, stirring constantly.
Put the crushed chocolate, milk and oil in a saucepan and heat until the chocolate melts.
Assembling the cake:
Place a honey cake on the bottom of the baking tray, spread with jam, put half of the semolina mixture. Place another honey cake and the remaining semolina mixture. Press down with the last honey cake. Spread with chocolate and sprinkle with nuts or other additions.
