Schnitzel in mustard sauce, I could eat that every day!

Ingredients:
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp sweet paprika
Nutmeg, salt, pepper
120 ml white wine
2 onions
5 pork schnitzels (150 – 180 g)
220 g whipped cream
2 tbsp mustard

Preparation:
Here’s how it works:

  1. First cook the rice in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Then peel the onions, halve them, and cut into thin strips. Now pat the meat dry and cut into strips. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the meat vigorously, turning it over. Season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper, and remove from the pan.
  2. Heat a little oil in the frying fat. Then fry the onion strips in it for a couple of minutes, sprinkle with paprika, and stir everything well. Now pour in the wine and simmer everything for 5 to 10 minutes. Now mix the cream and mustard, add to the pan and simmer for 5 to 6 minutes.
  3. Finally, season the sauce with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Add the meat and heat it up again in the sauce and arrange the schnitzel strips. Now serve the rice. It’s super quick and tastes delicious!
