For the dough:
250g sugar
500g flour
3 pcs eggs
220 ml milk
220 ml oil
1 pack of baking powder
For the curd filling:
300 g quark
1 pc egg
Powdered sugar as needed
Aside from that:

Preparation:
- This is how it works: Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy, then add milk and oil in portions and finally mix in flour and baking powder.
- Now place the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and top with pitted cherries.
- Finally, mix the quark with an egg, sweeten if necessary and distribute in small heaps between the cherries. Bake at 190 degrees C for about 25-30 minutes.
